About the Event
Masquerade Film Trailer HERE
Somerset Maugham described the Riviera as a "sunny place for shady people." Masquerade is a big budget drama-comedy-crime film set right there with lots of pizazz and enough plot twists to keep you completely entertained. Wickedly funny and just plain wicked in a completely French way.
French superstars Francois Cluzel and Isabell Adjani shine as do Pierre Niney and Marine Vacth in this steamy-who-loves-who-for-what-reason and questions are asked about our own perceptions of morality as the narrative folds and weaves in equal measure.
Tensions and passions boil over and still who is the villain here? Or are they all villians?
"Nicolas Bedos’ mystery thriller has the suspense and sardonic wit of the Hollywood classics." Screen Daily
